At Deezen Escape LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality design services. As our work involves time, creativity, and consultation, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Before Project Start: 80% refund of advance payment if the client cancels before design work begins.
- After Initial Concept Delivery: Partial refund (up to 30%) may be provided, depending on work completed.
- After Final Design Delivery: No refunds, as services have been fully rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Consultation fees.
- Third-party service fees (software licenses, permits, printing, etc.).
3. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
